According to a new study, Eating meals together as a family, even if only once or twice a week, increases children’s daily fruit and vegetable intake. It also helps if they take the time to prepare them for bite-sized consumption:

And another study out of McGill University in Montreal found that family meals can help prevent adolescents from becoming moody and difficult even if they sit in silence.
